1. Opening Hips

This involves performing a deep squat which aids in releasing all the energy from your pelvis. Then taking deep breaths 5 times while in the same pose. Do this at least 2-3 times. But this exercise should not be done after 36 weeks of pregnancy.

2. Downward Dog

In this exercise, one widens their legs and bends on all four, raising the hip towards the sky. You need to hold on to that position with a slight pressure on the thigh muscles and then release.

3. Squat

Take the toilet position with the support of a gym ball or holder, and it will give your thighs and pelvic area a good pressure to brace you up for the D-Day. Doing squat help in reducing delivery pain.

4. Yoga

Yoga is the best exercise so far for normal delivery. It develops elasticity and helps in giving the body the required endurance power without the need to carry weights.

5. Pelvic Tilt

Once on all fours, suck in your abdominal muscles and pull the buttocks in line with your stomach and then release. This will help reduce labor pain during delivery.
